2. How to Read the Google Sheet
Each trade idea is presented in a clear, standardized format:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date/Time | When the trade was published or updated |
| Commodity | Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Gold, Silver |
| Trade Type | Long / Short |
| Entry Price | Entry price based on our research and trading system. Actual buying by subscribers/traders depends on their specific execution. |
| Target Price | Projected target or exit level, based on our research and trading system. Actual exit by subscribers/traders depends on their specific execution. |
| Stop Loss | Predefined level for risk control, to close the trade with a stop loss. Every trade must have a stop loss. Very important. |
| Status | Open / Target Hit / Stop Loss Hit / Closed |
| Notes | Notes, comments, trade updates, chart links to share technical analysis with subscribers |
Every subscriber views the same information — updated in real time by our research team.
⏱️ 3. How Often We Update
-
New trades are published only when high-quality setups appear. We are tracking the markets constantly, but we are often waiting for good quality or high quality setups to appear, which pass the trade quality thresholds of our trading system.
-
Updates (targets, stops, closures) are posted as soon as possible.
-
On average, based on last 2 years of data, subscribers/traders can expect 3–5 structured setups per month per commodity, depending on market conditions. Sometimes just 1-2 trading setups deliver very good gains. In general, Trending markets are easier to trade than Consolidating markets, because our Stop Loss is never at risk in a Trending market, but Trending markets come only 20% of the time, so we often have to wait patiently. In Consolidating markets, we have to take smaller trades.
We focus on quality, not quantity. There are no intraday trades or options — only structured positional setups.
