About MarketStar.us

1. What is MarketStar.us?
MarketStar.us is a market research publishing platform that shares transparent, real-time commodity futures research and trading signals for WTI Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Gold, and Silver.

2. Are you a trading or investment company?
No. We are a publisher of market research. All subscribers receive the same information at the same time. We do not manage client funds or provide investment advice.

3. What commodities do you cover?
We focus on four benchmark commodities: Crude Oil (NYMEX CL), Natural Gas (NYMEX NG), Gold (COMEX GC and XAUUSD), and Silver (COMEX SI and XAGUSD).

4. Do you trade Indian MCX contracts too?
Yes. Our India (MCX) Subscription Service covers the same four commodities traded on the MCX exchange.

5. Where are you based?
MarketStar.us operates as a global research publishing service, with subscribers from multiple countries. All our subscribers access the same Google Sheets, which are used for publishing our research. Our web servers are based in Wyoming, USA and our company is registered in London, UK, and our team members and analysts are based in the USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, UAE, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Nature of Service

6. Is MarketStar.us an advisory service?
No. We do not offer investment or trading advice. We publish research and educational content for all subscribers equally.

7. Do you manage client money?
No. We do not handle client money, investor funds, or execute trades. In fact, we have no visibility into your capital position or your trading account or your financial background. We are strictly a publisher of Market Research.

8. How is your service different from signal services?
We are not a trading tips service. We publish structured research-based trade ideas with full transparency, not personalized recommendations. The track record and feedback/ testimonials from commodity traders support our work as elite commodity futures trading research service. The same research is being used for the trading operations of MarketStar Commodity Trading Fund. So, we are publishing trades and trading signals that are being used with real money in real trading accounts.

9. Do you guarantee profits?
No. We never guarantee any profits or trading outcomes. Commodity futures involve significant market risk.

10. What kind of analysis do you use?
Our trades are based on technical analysis using Hourly, 4-Hourly, and Daily charts, combined with research-driven price action studies. Commodity Futures Trading is about managing risk, working with probabilities, and anticipating market scenarios. Even the highest quality analysis (with a proven setup) can go wrong, because the markets are constantly evolving. The three things in our control are: Entry Price, Target Price, and Stop Loss — and we must use them wisely.

Trading Style

11. Are your trades intraday?
No. All trades are positional, typically lasting several days.

12. How many trades do you publish per month?
The number varies depending on market conditions. We focus on quality, not quantity.

13. Do you publish options trades?
No. We cover only futures contracts, not options.

14. Are trades updated in real time?
Yes. The Google Sheet is updated as soon as a new trade or update is identified.

15. Do you include stop losses in every trade?
Yes. Every trade includes Entry Price, Target Price, Stop Loss, and Notes.
