Welcome to MarketStar.us. By subscribing to or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before completing a subscription or accessing our content.

1. Nature of Service

  • MarketStar.us publishes market research on commodity futures (Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Gold, Silver).

  • All Market Research information is shared through Google Sheets, research posts, and educational materials.

  • All Subscribers receive the same information. We are a publisher of Market Research.

  • MarketStar.us is not a brokerage or investment-advisory firm.

  • We do not manage or execute trades for subscribers.

  • We do not have any access or visibility into the capital or the trading accounts of our subscribers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to subscribe.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this service is permitted under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and Fees

  • Monthly Plan (USD 97 / INR 6,500) – access for 1 month.

  • Quarterly Plan (USD 197 / INR 15,000) – access for 3 months.

  • Yearly Plan (USD 697 / INR 50,000) – access for 12 months.

  • Early-bird discounts available to the first 100 subscribers.

  • All fees are payable in advance through our designated payment gateway.

  • Prices are subject to change; existing subscribers retain access for the period already paid.

4. Access and Delivery

  • After successful payment, subscribers will receive Google Sheet access within 24 hours.

  • Access is personal and non-transferable.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse, sharing, or redistribution of our content is detected.

5. Renewals and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless clearly stated on the checkout page.

  • You may renew manually before expiry.

  • Because content is delivered digitally, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once access is granted.

6. Use of Content

  • All research and data are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Subscribers may not copy, publish, resell, or distribute MarketStar.us content in any form.

  • Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Not Investment Advice

  • All information is general market research, not personalized investment advice.

  • MarketStar.us and its affiliates are not registered investment advisors with SEBI, SEC, CFTC, or any other authority.

  • Trading decisions and outcomes are entirely the responsibility of the subscriber.

8. Market Risk

  • Market Risk is constantly present in all forms of trading.

  • Commodity futures trading carries substantial risk of loss.

  • Past results do not guarantee future performance.

  • Subscribers must use their own judgment and risk-management practices.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, logos, text, and data are copyright © MarketStar.us.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view our research during your subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • MarketStar.us, its founders, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of our content.

  • By subscribing, you agree to hold MarketStar.us harmless from all claims related to your trading activity.

11. Modifications to Service

  • We may update, suspend, or modify the service or these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK.

  • Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in London, UK unless otherwise required by law.
